NEWSLETTER FAQ
What does the monthly newsletter fee include?
- Each month your newsletter will be delivered via email in PDF format. You may choose to print and mail, email, and/or post your newsletter on your website.
Will the layout (or page arrangement) of my newsletter change each month?
- No. All newsletters start as a custom template based on your newsletter selection (Simply YOU!, Simply FABULOUS!, or Simply the BEST!). After your template is designed your layout will stay the same from month to month. Your information, however, will be updated each month based on Mary Kay Intouch Reports and other information you submit (contest winners, pictures, etc.). You will incur the one time set-up fee during your first month. Any additional changes made after the first month will require additional set-up fees.
How many times will I be able to revise my newsletter each month?
- Your newsletter will be sent via email for approval one time each month. Simply the BEST! newsletter clients will have a chance to submit one revision. For all other clients the only revisions made will be to correct typographical errors. Please proof read your newsletter carefully.
Does Pink Ink Media offer printing and mailing services?
- Pink Ink Media does offer many typical Mary Kay Virtual Assistant services, however at this time we do not offer printing and mailing services. PIM focuses on the creative and design aspects of print and web media for Mary Kay Sales Directors. If requested we will upload your file to Kinko's online printing service and arrange for it to be delivered to your local FedEx Kinko's for you to pick up (or shipped to your home or office). The actual printing costs and a nominal service fee will be charged in addition to your monthly newsletter fee.
